All payments made on Filmsure are non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Payment is deducted but service not delivered
  • Duplicate payment made
  • Technical error from our system

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Service has already been delivered
  • Content has been uploaded or distributed
  • User changes mind after purchase
  • Violation of platform policies

5. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited via the original payment method.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders or services cannot be canceled once processing has started.


7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
